John J. Barker, Corporal in Company E of the 2nd East Tenn. Infantry, U.S.A. At 22 yrs. old he mustered in on Oct. 25, 1861 and mustered out on Oct 6, 1864 with an Honorable Discharge. It says that he was captured at Tazewell TN. May 3, 1862. He was confined at Castle Thunder. Paroled at City Point VA. March 17, 1863. Admitted to hospital at Armory Square, Washington D.C. Returned to his regiment in May or June 1863.

 

Joel Barker was a Private in Company E of the 2nd East Tennessee Infantry Regiment U.S. Army
At 20 years old he mustered in in March 1864 and mustered out on July 3, 1865 with an Honorable Discharge. It says he was born in Washington City VA. Occupation: Farmer, He was 5ft 9in, fair complexion, blue eyes, light hair.

 

William Barker was a Sergeant in Company E of the 2nd East Tenn. Infantry U.S.A. At age 20 yrs old he mustered in on Oct. 25, 1861 and mustered out on Oct. 6, 1864 with an Honorable Discharge. 
No other information for him but notice that he mustered in and out on the same days as John J.
